So when I first got my list of DCers that needed drawing, Wonder Woman still had the bikini bottoms. Now she has the pants. Or leggings. Whatever.
Anyway, when it came time to draw her up, I faced the conundrum of figuring out with which team to throw my lot in with.
These were my thoughts on the matter.
Pants-Too soon and not yet iconic enough (plus, remember Elisa from Gargoyles? Yes, you do and so did I.)
Bikini Bottoms- At one point I was going to have her kicking. And well I may draw pretty girls. And I may occasionally draw pretty girls naked. But I won't be visiting that visual anytime soon.
So I went back to the beginning. The skirt - By this point I had settled on the above pose. And again, that would have caused issues. Yes, there'd be bottoms, but all that falling fabric would have obscured too much to make anything look normal.
And then I remembered. The bicycle shorts. They solved all problems. And I think I like them best of all.
I'm ignoring her brief kung fu phase in favor of iconography.
So bicycle shorts it is! (I may be over-thinking this)
Great choice! Why did they feel the need the need to put pants on Wonder Woman. Really, modesty at this point? The woman has run around in almost nothing for decades.

At least currently.
I usually fluctuate between five different brands...
I find that the mircons dry out sorta quickly, what other brands do you use?

Helix and Prismacolor (now that they have a multi-liner pen set) off the top of my head.
I'd have to root through my art kit to find out what else has worked it's way in.
But those are the main three.
